One-bed room condo in Saint Petersburg is designed particularly for lease.
The essential rules of the undertaking are:
– restricted price range (10 000 euro for every little thing, together with development, supplies, gear, furnishings and ornament);
– redefining function of the merchandise, supplies and objects;
– DIY furnishings and equipment;
– a mixture of parts of Japanese and Scandinavian minimalism.
Area is split into a standard space, a hallway, a bed room, a toilet and a balcony. The widespread space features a kitchen, a eating room, a laundry room and a lounge space. The doorway corridor with a spacious stroll in wardrobe is separated from the lounge by the concrete block partition wall that permits pure mild into the wardrobe area by means of air flow blocks within the higher rows.
