Description by Kababie Arquitectos
The KG venture makes use of a impartial colour palette with earth tones, contrasting with numerous accents of colour which might be current within the equipment that complement the area.
The room and the household room are unified by means of the ceiling design, a prefabricated lattice manufactured from reclaimed Wooden; in its hollows are situated the luminaire which offers mild, not directly, to those two areas.
These areas of coexistence are complemented by the eating room that’s subtly separated from the kitchen by means of a Breakfast/consuming space which is closed in the direction of the eating room and opens into the kitchen space.
The central landmark of the general public space is the library, which is accentuated by a totally sober hearth completed in gray marble. By its location and transparency, this space could be seen all through the condominium.
All of the bedrooms are grouped in a selected wing of the house. The main bedroom is complemented by a T.V. room that features as a vestibular chamber and that makes a unique dynamic in its inside.
