The design of those two multi-storey properties respects the size of the adjoining residential centre.
Each buildings are capable of optimally combine within the panorama because of their underground storage and the planting of dune grasses. The buildings every include two fl oors plus an attic fl oor. Every fl oor homes a 3-bed room condominium or duplex. A uniform design was adopted for the façade and the roof to realize a putting and distinctive architectural fashion.
