This three-story home for a household of 4 has a footprint of 250 sq. meters (2,691 sq. ft) and a peak of eleven meters (36 ft). It’s situated on the road nook in one of the beautiful and densely populated residential areas of Bangkok.
Constructed with strengthened concrete and a partial metal body, the undertaking’s exterior is comprised of wooden louver panels and uncovered concrete.
The retractable wooden louvers on the third flooring are designed utilizing the evaluation of the wind partitions and shading system diagrams and could be adjusted for variations within the incident angle of daylight (see diagram).
Mixed with the wooden louvers on the third flooring, the glass louvers on the second flooring surrounding the swimming pool courtyard assist create an atmosphere of privateness for this nook home.
