Description by VGZ Arquitectura

This intervention represented a serious artistic problem. Transforming a home in a small area with earlier work.

The design idea was to create heat and modern atmospheres incorporating totally different parts, just like the shopper´s assortment of Mexican artwork.

The composition on the primary flooring elements from the vestibule and staircase, which had peak issues and decreased area; we changed it with floating steps to offer a way of transparency.
The dwelling and dinning areas combine the panorama by way of home windows and the area is rounded up with a mirror and a chandelier within the dinning room.
Staircase´s touchdown triggered issues on the household room´s ceiling, so we designed a steady oak band that embraces the area although the ground to unravel it. Integrating it with the TV and cabinets.

The kitchen was redistributed with a country desk to distinction with the black granite flooring and spotlight the purchasers’ assortment of votive choices.
On the second flooring three bedrooms and a research have been redesigned. Every with a stroll-in closet and toilet with handmade tiles, black granite and statuary marble.
Using plain and pure supplies with wooden because the lead; oak on the flooring and Huanacaxtle in lengthy paneling that hides doorways, produces a clear visible impact.
Pure and synthetic mild filters by means of domes with stretch material, complemented with accents and dimmers.
Most furnishings was recovered, mixed with classic parts and basic accents for a wealthy eclectic fashion.

Terraces on back and front have been key, the home has no backyard space. So landscaping turns into one other end that may be seen from each window. Unique vines have been preserved and built-in with volcanic rock on exterior facades.

To offer the of completion, on one of many terraces Acapulco chairs, and a hearth with hanging lights traversing the area, present a enjoyable element.
